REQUIREMENTS

At least six months of age.

Pass our temperament evaluation.
Evaluations are scheduled every half hour by appointment two Saturday mornings per month.

Spayed or neutered.

Current on all vaccinations.
At Dog Tired Day Care we require proof of the following vaccinations:

Distemper/Parvo Combination (DHLPP) every three years
Rabies every three years
Bordetella (kennel cough) every year

Well-socialized.
Not toy, space or person possessive. Not aggressive.

Flea control.
Your dog must be on a veterinarian-approved form of topical flea control. Examples of acceptable products are:

Vectra 3D
Frontline, Top Spot or Frontline Plus
Advantage or K9 Advantix
Revolution

Flat Quick Release or Buckle Collar WITHOUT Identification Tag and 6ft. or shorter leash.
No retractable leashes are allowed.

Please, bring the following completed forms along when you come in with your dog for a temperament evaluation.

Please, remember your dog must still pass the temperament screening before being admitted to day or overnight care.
