Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to do to enroll my dog in day care and/or overnight care?
Meet all of the requirements and contact us to schedule a temperament evaluation.
How long does it take to interview my dog?
It takes about 15 minutes. We may need more time or cut the interview short, depending how comfortable your dog is in the situation.
Will my dog be walked and/or have access to an outside area?
Yes, we have two large outside areas for the dogs.
Does my dog need to be socialized before attending doggie day care?
No, but your dog must be open to being socialized with other dogs. We will not take any aggressive dogs.
Does my dog need to be potty trained before attending day care?
No, we will be happy to work with your dog while in day care. We will discuss this with you at the time of the temperament evaluation.
Can my dog bring toys from home to day care and/or overnight care?
Unfortunately, no. Some dogs may become possessive with their own toys. Since the environment is cage-free, toys need to be shared at all times. No worries! We will supply plenty of toys for your dog to play with.
Boarding Forms
To save time during boarding drop-offs, you may choose to print and fill out a boarding and medications (if applicable) form for your dog in advance. Please note that this is not mandatory. Forms can also be completed in person at drop-off.
